A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before the courier is dispatched. If you cancel at the time of, or after collection has been made, then the minimum delivery charge will apply. Discretionary refunds will apply in the event of unreasonable delay in transit times, or sub standard service, if these are caused due to negligence by 24 Seven Sameday Ltd.
